Chelsea's cousin, Claire, had her 5th birthday party and the girls could dress like Hannah Montana. I hunted for a shirt with her on it but had to settle for something that she would wear. Chelsea was so excited to get her hair straightened. She kept flipping around so much, I thought she was going to need a neck brace. This girl is such the prima donna!
